Why should my company use CashCloud?

Excellent question. CashCloud is a way for your entire company to easily pay vendors. It replaces writing checks and making payments with something faster, better organized and more secure. Instead of manually writing checks or exporting transactions from your accounting system, all of your payments are organized and scheduled in one place.

How much does CashCloud cost?

How am I able to reduce my costs by using CashCloud?

On average it costs companies $2-6 to issue a paper checks when accounting for check stock, printers and toner, postage, and labor. With CashCloud, we can continue to support your check writing but reduce the amount of time and effort it takes to issue those checks. We also offer discounts on paper and printer products for our users.
If you are looking for even more savings, CashCloud offers companies an easy way to shift to electronic payments which has the potential to save you up towards 30% per payment. We do this by converting payments from paper checks to eChecks or ACH which cost less for you to send and are quicker for your payees to receive.

Can I cancel our subscription?

Admins can change their companies subscription level under settings. In doing so, you will loose access to any features exclusive to that plan.

You can downgrade to your subscription immediately. If there is more than one day until your renewal date, we will prorate the remaining balance on your account and hold it as a credit. You can use that credit towards a reactivation of your paid subscription in the future.

We can automatically downgrade your subscription at your next renewal date. Your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for. We do not offer refunds.

Which ERP and Accounting Systems does CashCloud integrate with?

CashCloud integrates with any accounting and ERP system through direct APIs, database connections and/or automated flat file imports.

Do I need a new banking partner to use CashCloud?

Nope, come as you are. CashCloud does not force you to change any of your current practices, processes or systems. Our solution is highly customizable and flexible.

Which currencies and geographies does CashCloud support?

Today, we support check writing from anywhere in the world with any currency. Electronic payments through CashCloud are offered in USD and CAD from both the United States and Canada.

Today CashCloud allows you to issue payments via check, eCheck and ACH. Soon CashCloud will support instant payments through the FedNow network and payouts to digital wallets such as Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.
